The stator needle winding machine integrates with the production line to achieve fully automated production, including material loading, winding, wire arrangement, transition wire winding, initial and terminal wire cutting, and material unloading. Before winding, the machine reads the stator code to enable full tracking and monitoring of the winding process, allowing for traceable production.
